The new national standard is introduced-the indoor water supply system uses copper or stainless steel pipes.

According to the statistics of the International Copper Association, copper water supply heating systems in developed countries and regions have accounted for a large proportion, with the United States accounting for 81%, the United Kingdom accounting for 95%, and Hong Kong accounting for 70%. In China's airports, hospitals and other large public buildings with strict water quality requirements, the proportion of metal pipes is also very high.

Green building refers to saving resources, protecting the environment, reducing pollution during the whole life cycle of the building, providing people with healthy, applicable and efficient use of space, and maximizing the high-quality buildings in which people and nature live in harmony. Many countries have promulgated relevant standards to promote green building construction. In 2013, the State Council of China proposed to complete 1 billion square meters of new green buildings during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period; by the end of 2015, 20% of new urban construction projects met the requirements of green building standards. Green building has become the trend and standard of global architectural design.

"Green Building Evaluation Standards" as a fundamental technical standard for regulating and leading the development of green buildings in China, guiding China's green buildings from scratch, from less to more, from individual cities to the whole country, from monomer to urban area, to The large-scale development of the city has played an important role. This time, the clear requirements of the standard for indoor water supply pipelines also largely demonstrate the recognition of domestic construction for the advantages of metal pipes in water quality protection.

At present, in many developed countries in Europe and America, most of the drinking water pipelines use copper or stainless steel pipes.

Protect water quality, safety and health
Copper is the first choice for drinking water pipes in the world today. First, copper itself has a bacteriostatic function, which can inhibit Legionella, tuberculosis, Escherichia coli and other pathogens with high cure rates. Secondly, copper is also widely used in water supply systems. Other components, such as faucets, are made of copper in almost all mid- to high-end brands in the world.

Stainless steel is a recognized health material that can be implanted into the human body. In the soaking water test, its indicators meet the national requirements for drinking water standards. In addition, the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe is smooth, and it will not be fouled for long-term use, and it is not easy to be contaminated by bacteria, so as to prevent secondary pollution of water and ensure safe and healthy water quality.

Anti-corrosion and anti-pressure
The metal pipe has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and does not precipitate harmful substances. It also protects the water quality and maximizes the service life of the pipe. High strength and high pressure resistance are another major advantages of metal pipes. The strength of copper pipes is 3-4 times that of PP-R pipes, stainless steel pipes are 8-10 times, and can withstand high-speed water flow impact of 30 meters per second. The water leakage rate is significantly reduced, making the pipe connection more secure and secure.

Energy saving and reducing resistance
The inner wall of the metal pipe is smooth, the water resistance is very small, and the pressure loss is reduced, which not only optimizes the daily water experience but also reduces the transportation cost. In terms of environmental protection, waste metal pipes can be reused in the furnace, without any waste polluting the environment. Compared with PP-R pipes, which are white waste (polymer waste that is difficult to decompose), the use of metal pipes is a benefit. Limin, a far-reaching wise decision.

In the Chinese market, plastics (7810, 0.00, 0.00%) are still used in large quantities. The proportion of metal pipes is relatively low compared with other developed countries and regions. However, with the development of the country and the improvement of people's living standards, everyone is healthy. The attention is also getting higher and higher, constantly learning and introducing foreign leading product technology. In addition to the Green Building Evaluation Standards, the state has issued a number of regulations and recommendations for the use of high quality metal pipes to protect water quality.

1. The Technical Regulations for Direct Drinking Water System for Buildings and Community Pipes, which was officially put into operation on November 1, 2017, pointed out that the pipes should be made of stainless steel pipes, copper pipes and other high-quality pipes that meet food grade requirements.

2. In the revised draft of “Design Code for Building Water Supply and Drainage” (GB50015), the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has designated stainless steel pipes and copper pipes as the preferred pipes.

3. Many cities in China have also issued documents to promote or recommend the use of stainless steel water pipes and copper pipes in new residential quarters.

The use of high-quality pipeline products to prevent secondary pollution of water is to ensure the safety of water from the outside, and the optimization of pipeline design and connection method is to escort the water from the inside to be fresh and healthy. At present, most of the pipelines in China's buildings and households are connected in parallel. When a water intake point is used for water, only the corresponding pipelines will supply water. Other pipelines cannot form water flow, and the long-term static environment is easy to remain. The water on the inner wall of the pipe forms stagnant water, which breeds bacteria and pollutes the water.
